Julius Banos Age 70, born September 20, 1935. At rest Saturday, March 11, 2006 at the Joliet Hospice Home, with his beloved wife and daughter by his side. Survived by his beloved wife of 43 years, Delores M. (nee Skufca) Banos. Loving father of Margaret (Gregory) Lundstrum. Dearest grandfather of Erik Leonard and Samuel Michael Lundstrum. Brother to three sisters, Magdalen, Aranka and Anna Banos; and special sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Janet and Tom Orr. Also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded by his son, Julius ""Mike"" Banos; loving mother-in-law and father-in-law, Elizabeth and Anthony Skufca; parents, Janos and Brigitta (nee Matyes) Banos; a sister, Margaret Banos; two brothers, Bela dnd Janos. Julius was born in Hungary and resided in Joliet most of his lifetime. Retired as a Superintendent from Universal Head Company, after 44 years of service. Member of the Joliet Moose 300 and St. Joseph KSKJ. Julius loved fishing, trips to Las Vegas and cooking out doors with his family. He had many close friends and loved and cherished his grandsons. Contributions to Joliet Hospice Home or St. Joseph Restoration Fund would be appreciated.
