Julia A. Muranyi, age 91, of Crest Hill, went to sleep peacefully on Saturday, December 22, 2012 at Good Sam Hospital in Downers Grove. Survived by her 3 sons, Joseph, James and Jeff Muranyi; her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews also survive.
JuliaA�??s passion was saving abandoned pets and working with animal shelters. She had a love for all animals, especially birds and her favorite flower was the rose. She enjoyed being social and would take the senior bus to meet and talk to people and make new friends.
A Celebration of JuliaA�??s life will begin on Thursday, December 27, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. at the funeral home chapel. Memorial visitation will be on Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at TezakA�??s Home to Celebrate Life.
