Joseph P. Aimaro, age 84, at rest on February 13, 2013 at Joliet Community Hospice Home surrounded by his family. Born in Joliet, he lived there all of his life. Joseph was a veteran of the U.S. Army serving his country during the Korean War where he was wounded and received a purple heart. He worked for Heat and Frost Insulators Local 17 until he retired. He was a member of the VFW Stone City Post 2199.
Beloved husband of the late Delores; loving father of Steve (Sue nee Peyla) Aimaro, Diane (the late Mark) Milligan, and Lynn (Tony) Marsh; grandfather of Megan and Erin Milligan; brother of the late James (the late Ethel) Aimaro, Louis (Helen) Aimaro, Betty (the late Richard) Randolph; also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in JosephA�??s name to the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, February 16, 2013 from 9:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at TezakA�??s Home to Celebrate Life. Inurnment to be held privately at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Joliet.
