Jose Perez Gonzalez

Jose Perez Gonzalez, 78, passed away on Tuesday, July 5, 2022.

Jose also known by close family and friends as "El Doc" graduated from The National Autonomous University of Mexico as a doctor in the field of General Medicine in 1978.
He was passionate about his profession and was very caring and devoted to all of his patients. A soccer enthusiast his whole life ,who enjoyed both watching and participating in the sport. He will be remembered as a very loving father and brother with a great sense of humor who could always be counted on to find the right words when advice was asked.

He is preceded in death by his parents  Jose Perez Garcia, Ernestina Gonzalez Vallesteros, sibilings: Antonio Perez, Porfirio Perez.
Left to cherish his memory is his life partner Rosario Morfin. children ; Jose Perez Jr., Gloria Perez, Ernesto Perez, Alma  Perez Morales, Veronica Perez Morales, Magdalena Perez. as well as his grandchildren Diana, Elian, Fernanda, Naomi, Emiliano, Mauricio, Patricio.

Per family's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.

Funeral Mass will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at Our Lady of Mount Carmel/Nuestra Señora del Monte Carmelo, 407 Irving St,St, Joliet, IL. Entombment will be held on Monday, July 11, 2022, at 9:00 A.M. at St Mary Nativity Cemetery in Crest Hill.
