John Joseph Kelly
October 26, 1935 — June 3, 2008
John J. (Jack) Kelly, 72, died at his Shorewood residence on Tuesday, June 3. Survived by his loving wife Diane (Tierney) Kelly, son Tony Kelly of Montgomery, IL, and daughter Nicole Kelly of Washington D.C.
Jack was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. He taught in the Joliet Public Schools and was a principal and superintendent in numerous Illinois public school districts.
He was a member of the Knights of Columbus and a member of the Holy Family Parish Church Council of Shorewood, IL.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to Joliet Hospice would be appreciated.
A Chapel Service will be held at the Funeral Home on Saturday, June 7, 2008 at 9:00 AM. Followed by a visitation on Saturday from 9-1 PM. According to Jack"s wishes cremation rites were accorded.
