John M. Gulas
March 2, 1921 — December 17, 2007
Age 86. Monday, December 17, 2007 at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. Born March 2, 1921 to the late John and Mari Gulas.
He is survived by his loving wife Marie (Juricic) of 60 years. One sister Margaret (Gulas) Rausa of Joliet. Survived by his children John E. (Elane) Gulas of Indiana; Dianne (Robert) Edmondson of Joliet. Three grandchildren Natalie, John Andrew, and Paul. Also one great-granddaughter Isabella. Survived by many nieces and nephews in the Joliet area.
He was preceded in death by his sisters Mary, Ann, Helen, Elizabeth, Dorothy and brothers Joseph and Edward.
His life-long employment of 42 years was a teamster truck driver, local #179 of Joliet. He is a member of Teamsters Retiree Club. He is a member of St. Joseph"s Catholic Church and also a member of St. Joseph"s Senior Club. In addition, he is a 57 year 4th Degree Member of Knight"s of Columbus #382 Council.
