Age 65 of Joliet went home peacefully to the Lord on September 22, 2007 at Joliet Area Hospice Home following a lengthy illness.
Survived by his loving wife Carol J. (nee Jagodnik ""Yaggy""), Daughter Dawn (Daniel) Craig, son John ""Tony"" (Jennifer) Webber and step-daughter Jennifer R. (nee Dulka) (Eric) Hernandez; grandchildren Ashley, Andy and Sean Craig and Maya Rose Hernandez; brothers James C. (Caroline) and Jeffrey C. (Pat Hunt) Webber; sister Joan D. (William) Rohde; and his mother-in-law and TV watching buddy Claire F. Yaggy. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by his Parents John C. & Dorothy (nee Williams) Webber.
John was born on September 29, 1941 in Milford, MA. He served on a Nebraska Police Department for 10 years, retiring as a Sergeant in the late 70"s. He was most recently employed at Fitzgerald"s Casino in Tunica, MS until May 2006 when he became ill. John loved his "sports" and his two doggies "Moogie" and "Snickerdoodle" with all his heart.

A Memorial Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 29, 2007 beginning at 10 AM at Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will begin at 11 AM at St. Joseph Catholic Church. John will be interred at St. Joseph Cemetery with full Military Honors on the same day he was born into this world, September 29th.
