At rest on Wednesday, June 27, 2007, at Edwards Hospital.
Survived by her loving children; son, Ronald (Christine); daughters Donna and J. Denise Kuchmek; devoted grandmother to John and Christopher; several cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by her husband John L. Kuchmek; parents Stephen and Mary (nee Grobarcik) Jurczak; step-parents Adam and Paula Brzozowski; brother Stanley Brzozowski and sister Helen (in infancy).
Former President of the St. Mary Nativity Mother's Club, member of the St. Mary Nativity Altar and Rosarian Society, member of CCW St. Mary Immaculate and St. Ambrose Church in Crest Hill, active member of the Caterpillar Retirees and the Machinist Union. Joan was a very generous and good hearted person. She will be missed by her family and friends.
From where services will be held on Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 9:30 AM to St. Ambrose for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Interment will be at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville. Visitation will be on Friday 5-8 PM.
