Survived by his parents, James and Margo Sieracki; one brother, Joel Sieracki; one uncle, Joseph (Jane) Sieracki; four aunts, Rose Marie (David) White of California, Yvonne (late Jim) Blackford, Ruth (late Bob) Williams, Carole (Van) Johnson; numerous cousins; dearest friend of 32 years, Heather Imrie; close friends, Scott Franks, Dan Pudelek, Nikki Swanson, Oliver Tiongco, Dave Parker John Batuzich.
Preceded in death by his grandparents, Vincent and Theresa Sieracki, James (Poppy) and Estelle Clarke; two uncles, William Sieracki and Jack Carpenter; one aunt, Mary Therese (Dick) Welch.
Jeffrey was born in Cook County Hospital and adopted by his parents and brought home to also adopted 3-year brother soon after. Jeff always had a flair for the dramatics and putting on a show. He was the life of the party until the very end. He will be remembered and missed by all who met him.

A celebration of Jeffrey’s life will begin on Saturday, September 30, 2017 with a prayer service at 9:30 a.m. in the funeral home chapel then driving in procession to St. Mary Magdalene Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:30 a.m. Inurnment at a later date. Visitation will be Friday, September 29, 2017 at Tezak Funeral Home (1211 Plainfield Road – Joliet, IL) from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
