Jeanne W. Colognesi

Age 76, at rest Friday, September 26, 2008 at Palos Community Hospital.

Loving mother of Vickie (Lee) Akin, Michelle (Tim) Arambasich and Tammy (Bruce) Wilsterman; dearest grandmother of Jacki (David) Hiller, Nicole Miller, Tony Priest, Jennifer Arambasich, Angela (Joe) Wattenberg, Timothy Jr. and Stephanie Arambasich, Alex and Casey Wilsterman; eight great-grandchildren; one sister, Anita (Randall) Carroll; four brothers, Wilburn (Evangeline), Wendell (late Susan), Laverne (late Jan) and Donald (Shirley) Price; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceded in death by her loving husband, Louis P. Colognesi (2005); parents, Bert and Ellen (nee Shanks) Price.

Jeanne was born in Lockport, IL. She resided in Joliet most of her lifetime, retired from St. Joseph Medical Center. After retirement she enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren.

From where a Chapel service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at 10: AM. Interment Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery.

Visitation wil be Tuesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 PM.
