Age 70 at rest Monday, August 13, 2007 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center.
Survived by her beloved husband of 45 years Rudolph Castillo; loving mother of Steven Castillo; dearest grandmother of Miranda; two sisters, Connie Patino and Josie Castro, also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded by her parents, Manuel and Jessie (nee Pompa) Vasquez.
Jean was born in Batavia, IL. and was raised in Elgin, resided in Crest Hill for the past 40 years. Retired from Caterpillar Tractor Company after 20 years of service. At Jean's request cremation rites will be accorded following the visitation.
The family of Jean Castillo invites relatives and friends to join them for a visitation at the funeral home on Thursday from 4 to 8 pm with a Chapel Service at 7:30PM.
