Jason M. Rodriguez

Jason M. Rodriguez, age 32, entered into eternal life on Friday, April 22, 2016 surrounded by family and friends.

Jason is survived by his beloved wife, Jennifer (nee Wiser); loving children, Alex, Anthony, and Alivia Rodriguez; loving parents, Valentine and Cynthia (nee Seidelman) Rodriguez; loving brothers, David (Vanessa Gonzalez) and Scott Rodriguez; loving sister, Valerie Rodriguez; cherished grandparents, Donald and Alice (nee Mosley) Seidelman; dear father-in-law, John Wiser; dear mother-in-law, Marlene Wiser (nee Ewen); dear nephew, Julian Rodriguez; as well as numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Carlos and Julia Rodriguez.

Jason was raised in Elwood. He attended Elwood School and Joliet Central. Jason had a passion for music and art. He was a very respectable guitar player. Jason worked very hard at everything he did, whether it was his job, his band, or his family, he always gave 110 percent. He was a problem solver. He had a great sense of humor and a loving personality. Jason loved his family deeply. He cherished every moment spent with his children. His greatest joy was being a Dad.

Funeral services for Jason will begin on Thursday April 28, 2016 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:20 a.m. then driving in procession to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Brown Cemetery in Elwood. Visitation will be Wednesday April 27, 2016 from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435. Cremation rites will be accorded.
