Janice M. Crosetto

Janice M. Crosetto, age 79, passed away on Thursday, July 22, 2021.

Janice is survived by her loving brother, Ronald (Bonnita) Crosetto; niece, Mary Anderson; nephew, John (Martha) Crosetto; great-nieces, Caitlin (Tyler) Bugos, Kayliegh Anderson and Mariaha Anderson; great- nephew, Joseph Crosetto; aunt, Mary (John) Crosetto; as well as numerous cousins.

Preceded in death by her parents, Peter and Marie Crosetto; sister, Josephine Crosetto and numerous aunts and uncles.

Janice graduated from St. Joseph Nursing School in 1962. She dedicated her life to nursing, continuing her career at AMITA Saint Joseph Medical Center and retiring as an outpatient surgery nurse.  During retirement she volunteered at Joliet Area Community Hospice with her dear friends. Janice loved to travel and always enjoyed a great book. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Janice’s name to Lightways Hospice (formerly Joliet Area Community Hospice), 250 Water Stone Circle, Joliet, IL 60431.

The family will receive friends for a visitation at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road in Joliet, on Tuesday, July 27, 2021 from 9:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Then driving in procession to St.  Mary Nativity Catholic Church 706 N Broadway St, Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 11:00 a.m.   Interment to follow at St. Mary Nativity Cemetery.
