James C. Baranski

James C. Baranski, age 33, entered into eternal life on Sunday, February 21, 2016.
James is survived by his loving parents, Julie (nee Baranski) and Raul Munoz; loving siblings, Cassandra (Gordon) Buchanan, Brandon Lee Baranski (fiancé Grisel Dominguez), and Tiffany (Jesse) Palacios; loving nieces and nephews, Haley, Johnathan, Ava Rose, Aria, Jesse, and Priscilla; cherished grandparents, Robert and Anita (nee Pruss) Baranski, Edwin and Ruby Montgomery; birth father, Charles James Chavez; and paternal grandparents, Magdaleno (the late Luncinda Tomac) Chavez; as well as numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
James was an active member of the NA Fellowship. He served on multiple service boards and had a passion for helping and enrolling new members into the program. James went to any length necessary to make others feel welcome and to feel that they could achieve goals. He instilled confidence and hope into the hearts of many young people. James was also a passionate sports fan. He loved the Chicago Bears. He will be deeply missed.
Funeral services for James will begin on Thursday, February 25, 2016 with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435. Per James’ wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
