Jadyn Lee Lucas, 1 month, died October 14, 2010 at Rush Medical Center, Chicago.

Survived by his parents, Julianne Harris and his father, Brandon Lucas, maternal grandparents Jeanna Pacheco and Gerald Harris, paternal grandparents Tracy Lucas and Robert Lucas, paternal great grandmother Sheila Mortera. Also survived ny numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Preceded by his maternal great grandmother Sandra Pacheco.

A Celebration of Jadyn"s Life will be held on Tuesday, October 19 at 1:00 PM. Interment will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery Babyland Section, Joliet. Visitation from 10:00AM until 1:00 PM service at Tezak's Home to Celebrate Life.
