Jacqueline S. Mahmoud

Jacqueline S. Mahmoud (nee Eason) Born September 6, 1970 in Burbank, IL, Jackie passed away at her home in Channahon, IL on August 15th with her family and friends at her side after a five year battle with Breast Cancer. Survived by her husband, Javier; daughters, Katrina (13) and Natasha (11); sisters, Deborah Moline (nee Eason) and Lisa Jones (nee Eason); also by her extensive in-laws, nieces, nephews, cousins, neighbors (especially Kris and Mark Stadalsky); co-workers at the Kremer Veterinary Clinics and the Humane Society of Plainfield; and numerous other friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Helen Eason (nee Conklin); and sister, Sandra Kral (nee Eason). The family wishes to thank the staff of the University of Chicago Hospital and the Vitas Hospice Group for their care and support during Jackie's Fight against her disease. Interment will be private as Jackie has donated her body to the Chicago Anatomical Society for Science & Research.
