Jacob E. Lockwood, age 19, late of Joliet, at rest Monday, November 1, 2010 at Christ Hospital, Oak Lawn.
Survived by his mother Amy Lockwood, maternal grandparents Donna (nee Dorotiak) and William Lockwood, paternal grandmother LaVerne (late John) Seeman, aunt Shirley (nee Seeman) (late Gene) Carpenter, uncle Tony (Shasta) Lockwood, and aunt Angie Lockwood.
Jacob was a student at United Cerebral Palsy.
Those wishing to leave a lasting memorial in Jacob's name are asked to direct donations to United Cerebral Palsy.
A Celebration of Jacob's Life will be held on Friday, November 5, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Alsip. Visitation will be on Thursday, November 4, 2010 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
