Jacob Thomas A�??JakeA�?i�� Cech, age 9, of Plainfield, at rest on May 3, 2012. Survived by his parents Lisa nee Manetti and David Cech; siblings Brandon, Katie, Taylor, Evan, and A.J.; grandparents Elaine and the late Lido Manetti and Ted and Sharon Dompeling; godfather and uncle Lido (Zdenka) Manetti; uncles Steve (Sandi) Manetti, Mike (Kathy-godmother) Cech, Louis (Sylvia) Manetti, Lawrence (Paula) Manetti, Ken (Kathy) Dompeling; aunts Joanne (Bill) Harris, Christine (Skip) Lang and Colleen Bradbury; many loving cousins and JakeA�??s best friend T.J. Bell also survive.
Jake loved to play all sports and was an avid Chicago sports fan. Jake touched the lives of everyone he met and he will always be our hero.

A Celebration of JakeA�??s life will be held on Tuesday, May 8, 2012 beginning at 11 am at the funeral home chapel. Interment private. Visitation will be on Monday from 3:00 to 8:00 pm at Tezak's Home to Celebrate Life.
