Howard D. Startz, age 52, entered eternal life on Sunday, April 26, 2015 in Argonne, Wisconsin.
Howie was preceded in death by his loving parents, Robert Sr. and Constance "Connie" (nee Williams) Startz; one niece, Katie Marie Startz.
Howie is survived by his dear uncles, John Williams and William Startz; dear aunts, Ruth Kielius (nee Williams) and Millie (Bob) Drdak; loving brothers and sisters, Robert Jr. (Ellen), Elizabeth (Frank) Stec, Tony, JoAnn (Nick) Bravato, Jim, Linda Marcolina, Judith Moats, Janeth Connor-Grogg, and Michael; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Howie graduated from Joliet Catholic High School. He was an avid sports fan. Howie had a loving heart and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.
A Celebration of Howard's life will begin on Saturday, May 2, 2015 with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Joliet. Visitation will be Friday, May 1, from 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet 60435. Per Howard's wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
