Helen V. Smith (nee Benedict)
Age 90, at rest Friday November 24, at home with her family by her side.
Survived by her children, Penny McCauley, Kathie (Bill) Ferguson, Pat Sexton, Bill (Lois) Smith; grandchildren, Linda (Ken) Zabel, Mark (Paula) and Joe Ferguson, Jena Morrow, Angela and Laura Smith. Also survived by four great grand children and numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her husband, Bill Smith; parents, Matthew and Frances Benedict; two sisters, Bernice Benedict and Betty (Karyle) Patnoudes; and one brother, Albin (Norma) Benedict; son-in-law, Bob McCauley; and grandson, Mike McCauley.
Retired from the Joliet Post Office in 1981.
