(David) Sasai, grandchildren, Joseph , Amber, Frankie, sister Loretta (Stanley) Twardak, dearest cousin Lorraine Malm, numerous nieces and nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Frances (Shurpit) Hoffman, brothers and sisters, Frank, Sylvester (Lil), Raymond (Val), Leonard (Eleanor), Eugene (Bernice). Born in Chicago IL. Veteran of U.S. Army, Retired from the U.S. Post Office. Member of NALC.

From where services will be held Tuesday at 9:30 AM to St. Ambrose Church for Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM. Interment St. Cyril Cemetery Lemont. Visitation Monday from 3 to 9 PM
