Gregory M Malnar

Gregory M. Malnar Age 23. At rest, Saturday, November 5, 2005. Survived by his loving parents, John L. Sr. and Carol A. (nee Marvic) Malnar; a sister, Ann Marie (Michael) Gajdalo; two brothers, John Jr. (Nancy), and Paul Malnar; two very special nephews, Matthew Gajdalo and Macormack Malnar; and his dear grandmother, Elizabeth Malnar; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by an infant brother; his paternal grandfather, John J. Malnar; and his maternal grandparents, Anthony and Fern (nee Blasing) Marvic. Greg was born in Joliet, and had resided in the area for his entire life. He was a graduate of Joliet West High School class of 2000, and served in the R.O.T.C. for four years. He also attended the Joliet Junior College Culinary Arts Program for 2 years, and was employed at Merichka's Restaurant. Greg was an avid sports fan and loved the Chicago White Sox. Greg's greatest joy was his two nephews. Greg will be truly missed by his family, friends and co-workers.
