Glenn E. McBride

Glenn E. McBride passed away at Ascension St Joseph Hospital July 25, 2022 with his beloved by his side.

Glenn was born to Jane (nee Becker) and Glenn Roy McBride on February 3, 1955. Raised in South Wilmington, IL, he wrestled for Gardner South Wilmington High School, graduating in 1973. Glenn served in the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Mount Whitney. He attended Indiana State University before moving to Joliet.

Glenn loved reading, watching old movies, and bowling at Stone City Post. He had a passion for woodworking, a skill he learned from his Grandfather. He treasured his time spent with his furry companion “Jake”.

He is survived by his loving partner, Linda Jo Skuban.

Cremation rites have been accorded.
