George E. Fix Age 92. At rest Friday, February 24, 2006 at Silver Cross Hospital in Joliet. Survived by three sons, George Fix, William (Tasmin), and Gregory (Theresa) Fix; grandfather of Dana, Melissa, Eric, Jennifer, Christina, Jessica, Elizabeth, Blair, Matthew, and Alyssa; also a great-grandchild, Abigail; and several other great-grandchildren; his sisters and brothers, Caroline (Raymond) Butler, Harold (Dee), Jim (Loretta), Irene (Washington) Ellis, and Violet and Helen. Preceded in death by his wife, Geraldine Fix. George was born in Wishek, N.D. He was the Owner/Operator of All American Cabinet Co., and retired in 1985. He served in the U.S. Navy during World War II, and received three Bronze Stars. The family of George E.
