Genevieve E. Dzurko, nee Costa, age 83, went home to be with our Lord on December 13, 2012 with her loving family by her side. Survived by her devoted children, Judith (Richard) Sargent, Edward (Tina), Albert (Roseann), and Jeannette A�??KookieA�?i�� Countryman; loving grandchildren, Scott and James Sargent, Marc (Nancy) Dzurko, Adam (Nelida) Sargent, Bill Dzurko, Amanda (Michael) Persha, Katie (Bob) Camardo, Shane (Jessica) Countryman, and Kyle (Trista) Countryman; her treasured great-grandchildren, Adam A�??A.J.A�?i�� Sargent, Gianna Camardo, Matthew and Colton Persha, Olivia Countryman; and loving step-great-grandchildren, Junior and Jeliza Pacheco, Brianna and Ethan Price; sisters, Sue (Ray) Majetich and Rosalie (Louis) Jandura; sisters-in-law, Sarah Costa and Shirley Dzurko; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert R. Dzurko; parents, Frank and Lena (nee Tamburello) Costa; sisters, Dorothy Lott, Josephine Alaimo and Marie Vercellotti; brother, Nibbs Costa.

A Celebration of GenevieveA�??s life will begin on Monday, December 17, 2012 with family and friends meeting at St. Jude Catholic Church, Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park in Joliet.
