Age 79, at rest Sunday December 20, 2009 at his home with his family by his side.
Survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Barbara A. (nee Petrites) Kuncic, one brother Robert Kuncic also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by his parents Frank and Mary (nee Gorencic) Kuncic, sisters Frances and Bertha in childhood, Angela Salela, Mary (Dick) Stack, Louise Thiede and Josephine (Richard) Tezak. Frank was born in Argo, IL. , retired from CPC International, veteran US Army, Korean Conflict , Marine reserves for 5 A�?A�A½ years and was a member of the American Legion Post #0735 in Summit, IL. For 31 years. He loved woodworking and his projects touched the hearts of many. He also enjoyed fishing, and he will be dearly missed by his family and friends. The funeral services will be Thursday at 9:30 am at the Foran Funeral Home 7300 W. Archer Ave. (55th St. just west of Harlem) then to St. Joseph Church Summit, IL. for Mass at 10 am, visitation will be Wednesday from 3 to 8 pm. Entombment Resurrection Cemetery.
