Frances Rose (Gutnik) Trautner
August 30, 1926 — July 1, 2016
Frances Rose Trautner (nee Gutnik), age 89, entered into eternal life on Friday, July 1, 2016.
Frances is survived by her loving children, Charles and Ron Trautner; dear niece, Catherine (Ray) Walls; dear nephew, Brad Gutnik; dear brother-in-law, Robert (Carol) Blagg.
Preceded in death by her husband, Donald (2013); sisters, Mary (George) Vercelotti and Angela (Frank) Chytracek; brothers, Frank (Vicki), Joe (Lee), Tony, John (Florence), Stanley, Bill (Nelda), and Edward (Connie) Gutnik.
Frances was a lifelong parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale. She was a member of the CCW, she attended daily mass, and was very involved in the parish.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the doctors, nurses, and staff at Presence St. Joseph Medical Center, Presence Villa Franciscan Nursing Home, and Joliet Area Community Hospice for the excellent care provided.
A Celebration of Frances’ life will begin on Thursday, July 7, 2016 with prayers in the funeral home chapel at 9:20 a.m. then driving in procession to St. Joseph Catholic Church in Rockdale for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation will be Wednesday, July 6, 2016 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet.
