Age 78. At peace on Monday, March 12, 2007 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center, surrounded by her family.
Survived by her loving husband of 28 years, Joseph Kozak; children, Kathy (Mike) Auman, Susan Koizumi of Tokyo, Japan, Dyan (Kenny) St. Romain of Plaqumine, LA, Trish (Mike) Blacklock; step-daughter, Debbie (Ted) May; step-son, Larry (Jackie) Kozak; grandchildren, Erica (Jeffrey) Jaunich, Heather May, Chelsea May, Sarah (Donny) Ladas, Chris (Amy) Kozak; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.
Preceded in death by parents, John and Frances Hucul; sisters, Helen (John) Blackwood, Ann (Albert) Frieh, Alice (Mike) Pasternak, Stella (John) Witten, Mary (Joe) Krizmanic; brothers, Edward (Bernie) Hucul Sr. and John Hucul (in infancy); son-in-law, Keiji Koizumi.
Frances was a great lover of all of God's creatures, she especially loved her cats. To know Frances was to love her. She will be missed most of all for her caring heart, her extreme generosity, and her sweet and unique personality.
From where services will be held Saturday, March 17, 2007 at 9:30am for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10am at St. Ann Catholic Church. Interment at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Visitation Friday, March 16, 2007 from 2-4 and 6-8pm.
