Frances A. Dolnak, (nee Klimek), age 94, at rest Wednesday, September 2, 2015, at Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home, with her family by her side. Frances was a lifelong Joliet resident and member of St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church.
Loving mother of Richard (Kathy) and Ronald Dolnak; loving sister of Jean (Al) Spradlin of California; dearest grandmother of Lourie (Chris) Favero; dearest great grandmother of Anthony Joseph Favero; and special friend to Rose Kezele and Ginger Ivansek. Frances is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Frances will always be remembered for her humble, kind, and giving ways - never asking anything for herself. She will be sadly missed by her family and friends.
Preceded in death by her husband, Joseph E. Dolnak (April 22, 2008); mother, Anna E. Grenchik (nee Rittof); father, Joseph Klimek; stepfather, Charles J. Grenchik; two brothers, Ray Klimek and Ralph Klimek; and beloved pet dog, Ginger.
The family would like to thank the entire staff for the wonderful care Frances received at the Joliet Area Community Hospice and Our Lady of Angels Retirement Home.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the Joliet Area Community Hospice would be greatly appreciated.
A Celebration of Frances' life will begin on Saturday, September 5, 2015 with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, 60435 then leaving in procession to St. Mary Nativity Catholic Church in Joliet for a Mass of Christian Burial to be held at 11:00 a.m. Entombment to follow at Resurrection Mausoleum in Romeoville.
