Age 78, at rest on Thursday, October 18, 2007 at his late residence with his family and friends by his side.
Survived by his loving wife Margaret Mary Sweeney; three children Deborah, Rebecca and Floyd Jr. Beloved friends Bernie (Carol) Higgenbotham, Missy, Jim and Sydney Trepel.
Preceded in death by his parents.
Born in Martinsville, IL. Retired from the Illinois Department of Corrections.

A Memorial Service for Floyd D. Sprakar will be held at the Funeral Home on Sunday, October 21, 2007 at 4:30 PM. Memorial Visitation will be held on Sunday beginning at 3:00 PM until the time of the service.
