Florence M. Adair
July 13, 1939 — March 10, 2015
Florence M. Adair (nee Fraizer), age 75, passed away peacefully at the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 with her loving family by her side.
Florence is survived by her beloved husband of 48 years, Ray Adair Sr.; loving children Debbie (Rocky) Koehler, Don (Tammy) Adair, and Kathy (Henry Lopez) Adair; cherished grandchildren, Rocky Jr. (Amanda) and Matthew Koehler, Jarod (Ashley), Nathan and Skylar Adair, Dillon and Savanna Adair; cherished great-granddaughter, Natalie Koehler; three loving sisters; three loving brothers; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
Preceded in death by two sons at infancy; mother, Emma Louise Brockway; and father, Burt Fraizer.
The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to the 4th and 6th floor nursing staff at Silver Cross Hospital, Dr. Penaherrera and the nurses and staff at Joliet Area Community Hospice Home.
A Celebration of Florence’s life will begin on Saturday, March 14, 2015 with a visitation from 10:00 a.m. until the time of chapel service to begin at 11:00 a.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Road, Joliet, IL. Visitation will be on Friday, March 13, 2015 from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the funeral home.
