At rest suddenly Sunday December 6, 2009 at his late residence. Survived by: His children Belinda (FiancA�?A�AC.e Chris Giugler) Ruiz, Nicki (Brian) Call, Ben Ruiz, grandfather of Katie Mae Call, Kristyn Downey and Elias Call, one brother and five sisters, numerous, nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded by his parents Chris and Dede Ruiz. Recently retired from Will County of Department of Human Services after 20 years of service. Veteran of US Army serving in Vietnam. In lieu of flowers contributions to Belinda"s college education would be appreciated.
