Evelyn Ann Heiden

Age 73, at rest Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at the Joliet Hospice Home.

Survived by her beloved husband of 54 years, Melvin Heiden; loving mother of Gary, Greg (Cindy) Heiden, and Gayle (Eric) Ziegler; dearest grandmother of Nicole, Marc, Eric, Kelly, and Zack; one sister, Dolores Butters; also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Preceded by parents, Victor and Frances Kuzminski; two brothers, Victor and Edmund Kuzminski; one sister, Olga Jadernak.

Evelyn was born in Joliet and a lifelong resident, worked as a bookkeeper for H&R Pump.

Chapel services will be held at the funeral home on Monday at 10:00 AM. Interment Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday from 2-6 PM.
