Ely Grubisich
Age 89 of Joliet, passed away on Saturday, May 20, 2023 after a short hospital stay.
Ely was number seven of ten children. He attended Fairmont Grade School and graduated from Lockport High School. Ely retired from United States Steel and loved to spend his retirement years golfing, walking in the mall with his friends and family, and was a lifelong White Sox fan.
Family was everything to Ely. His outgoing nature was a pleasure to be around and family often came to him for logical advice.
