At rest Friday, June 26, 2009 at RML Specialty Hospital, Hinsdale, IL. Loving mother of Debbie (John) Maline and Alan (Patricia) Toth, dearest grandmother of Jeremy Maline, and Corey, Brandon and Justin Toth. Also survived by special nephews Ron Setina and Billy Pucel, and numerous other nephews, nieces and cousins. Preceded in death by her husband George J. Toth (1997), her parents Joseph and Anna (Bencic) Pucel, her sisters Julie (Frank) Setina, Mary (Joseph) Baczuk, Anna (Charles) Setina, brother Joe (Irene) Pucel, Rudolph Pucel, John Pucel, and Edward Pucel. Also survived by sisters-in-law Pollyanne Pucel, Mildred Pucel, Antoinette Pucel, and Mary Traylor (Toth). Elsie was born in Joliet and was a lifelong resident. She was a member of the American Slovenian Home, St. Genevieve KSKJ #108, and was a lifelong member of St. Joseph Church. The family would like to extend special thanks to the doctors, nurses and staffs at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center and RML Specialty Hospital. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at St. Joseph Church, Joliet, at 11:00 AM on Tuesday June 30, 2009. Interment will be in St. Joseph Cemetery. Visitation will be at the funeral home from 9:00 AM until time of Mass.
