Ella M. Seitz

Age 83, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 24, 2007 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center under Hospice Care, surrounded by her family.
Survived by her five daughters Cheryl (Jerry) Davis, Carol Spencer, Linda (Dwight) Reeb, Betty Smith and Susan (Jose) Torres; two sons Paul (Donna) Seitz and David Seitz; 17 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; three sisters Dorotha McNerney, Freda Parchem and Stella Carlson; one brother Russell Daugherty; one sister-in-law Mildred Daugherty. Also several nieces, nephews and loving companion Brownie.
Preceded in death by her husband Donald Seitz; parents Edgar and Nora Daugherty; brother Eli Daugherty.
Born in Greenup, IL. and was a longtime Joliet resident. A devoted wife, mother and grandmother who was dearly loved and will be missed by all.
In lieu of flowers donations or contributions to the American Cancer Society or the Joliet Area Community Hospice Home would be appreciated.
As it was Ella's final wish, cremation rites were accorded.
Interment will be held on Thursday, September 27, 2007 at 2:00 PM at Abraham Lincoln National Cemetery with full Military Honors.
