Eleanor A. Horkey (nee Beningo) Age 67, at rest Thursday September 17, 2009 at the Joliet Area Hospice Home. Survived by her beloved husband of 43 years Michael J. Horkey Jr.; loving mother of Jonathan (Rebecca), Todd and Adam Horkey; dear mother Christine (nee Van Hook) (late John) Beningo; dearest grandmother of Ella Horkey also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Preceded in death by her father John Beningo. Eleanor was born in Pontiac, IL. and resided in Joliet most of her life time. She was a beautician for Jim Mattson at Sensational Hair Studio in Joliet. In lieu of flowers donations to be used according to the family"s wishes would be appreciated. The family would like to thank everyone whom cared for Eleanor and prayed for her.
