Edward Robert Kovalcik, age 53, suddenly on Monday, November 4, 2013 with his loving family by his side.
Edward is survived by his beloved sisters, Susan Kovalcik, Linda (David) Jerling, Christina (Tom) Bianco; special friends and personal heroes, Brandon, Marlon, Sheri, Lori, Candy, Mark, Manny, Ashley, Dana, and Doug; also survived by numerous friends, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Florine (nee DeAngelis) Kovalcik; loving niece, Jenna Bianco; and his faithful companion, Lucky.
Edward enjoyed life to the fullest and made many friends along the way. He made an incredible impact on everyone that he met. Edward was a graduate of Lockport East High School. He loved swimming, bowling, traveling, and music. He will be dearly missed by his beloved pet, Rusty and his pal, Loki.
A celebration of Edward's life will begin on Friday, November 8, 2013 with a visitation from 2:00 p.m. until the time of the service to take place at 7:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet. Per Edward's wishes cremation rites will be accorded.
