Douglas J. Leeman Age 67
At rest Sunday July 26, 2009 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. Survived by his son Edward P. (Jo-Ellen) Leeman Of Calais Maine; grandchildren Jordan and Joel Leeman; brothers Wayne (Dawn) and Jeff Chick; two sisters Nancy Steele, and Paula (Chris) Cunningham. Douglas is also survived by four nephews and special friends Carol Stonitsch and Deb Busch. Preceded in death by his mother Frances Chick and father Arnold Chick. Veteran of the U.S. Navy. Member of Local 17 Insulators Heat and Frost Union. Douglas was an avid golfer, die-hard Cub"s Fan, and enjoyed his time at local establishments debating sports, politics and anything else that would come to mind. He also enjoyed his quiet time reading Louis L"Amour and Tom Clancy books while spending time with his cats Bear and Tank.
