Age 72, passed away Friday, August 22, 2008, after a long illness.
Survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Joseph Lilek; a son Cary Lilek; a daughter, Patricia (Steven) Thompson of Joliet; two grandsons, Jason (Kristen) Thompson of Wilmington and Matthew (Christine) Thompson; sister, Sophie (Jack) Hanson of Minooka; sister-in-law, Particia (Robert) Neale; brother-in-law, Donald (Joann) Lilek; numerous nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, Harry and Dorothy Hudek; four brothers, Steven, Harry, John and Joseph; four sisters, Anne Hudek, Anna Hudek, Rose Fairbairn, and Mary Hylek; brother-in-law, Richard (Shirley) Lilek.
Private Entombment services were held on August 25, 2008 at Woodlawn Memorial Park. Donations to the American Heart Association or the American Diabetes Association would be appreciated.
