Donna Rae (Gardner) Gabriel

Donna Rae (Gardner) Gabriel,72, passed away on Sunday, September 4, 2022 unexpectedly with her loving family by her side.

Donna was a graduate of Lexington High School class of 1968 and then attended Illinois Central College in 1972 obtaining her associate degree in physical therapy assistant. She worked for U.C.P. school as well as Hillmen Pediatrics. She enjoyed attending her grandchildren’s activities as well as working in her flower garden and going places with her daughter.

.She is preceded in death by her father: Dale Gardner and her father and mother in law: Gordon and Evelyn.

Left to cherish her memory is her loving husband Gordon H. Gabriel Jr. Donna is also survived by her children: Robert and Laura; her mother: Darlene; grandchildren: Anna, Madison, Natalie and Gavin. Also surviving her is her brother: Duane (Mary) Gardner as well as numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation rites have been accorded and a celebration of Donna’s life will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 from 5:00 P.M. to 7:00 P.M. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd., Joliet,IL

A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 9, 2022 at 7:00 P.M. at Tezak Funeral Home .
