Donald S. Pawlik Age 67
At rest Wednesday September 8, 2010 at Provena St. Joseph Medical Center. Survived by his loving wife of 45 years Amelia (nee King), children Stephanie (Thomas) Kretz, Donald Pawlik, grandchildren Thomas, Steven, and Martin Kretz, Brother Robert, James (Barbara) Pawlik, Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Born in Chicago. Brookfield for 27 years and Crest Hill for the past 4 years. Graduated from St. Mel High School, Licensed operating engineer for GTE for 35 years retiring in 1993, Ran Brookfield Haunted House for two and one half years holding awards in first and second for Ten Best in the US. Contributions to American Diabetes Association in Donald"s name will be appreciated.
A Celebration of Donald"s life will be held on Saturday September 11, 2010 with prayers at the funeral home at 9:00 AM then in procession to St. Ann Church for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM Interment at St. Mary Cemetery Chicago. Visitation will be Thursday and Friday from 2 to 9 PM
