Dennis J. Petrovic Age 65

Passed Away Saturday February 20, 2010 after a courageous battle with cancer. Dennis was born in Joliet, he was married for 37 years to his loving wife. His family was his greatest accomplishment. He was the proudest grandfather. He loved spending time with his children and grandchildren. He is survived by his wife Georgene (nee Evans) Petrovic, three sons William (Megan), Jeff (Kelly), and Brian (Julie), and his daughter Amy (Ryan) Best, eight grandchildren, Emma Best, Buc, Hunter, Makenna, Luke, Brianna, Donovan and Dylan. Sister Jacqueline Petrovic, Sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law Lois Petrovic, Ray Regis, Mark & Sharon Evans, Nanette Dixon, Lance & Sandy Evans, and Greg & Kim Votta. Numerous nieces, nephews and cousins also survive. Preceded in death by his parents William and Sophie (Budzinski) Petrovic, brother William (Pudge) Petrovic, Mother and Father-in-law Jean & George Evans, sister-in-law Michelle Regis. He will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him. He was a great friend, the best ""Pa"", an amazing father, and a wonderful husband. In lieu of flowers donations to St. Jude Research hospital or any family/children"s charity you prefer. Dennis"s family invites relatives and friends to join them for a Memorial Mass on Tuesday February 23, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Mary Minooka Church.
