With deep sadness, we announce the passing of Dennis J. Araiza on Friday, September 1, 2023. He left us peacefully at the age of 60.
Dennis's greatest and most cherished accomplishment in life has undeniably been his dedication to family. Dennis consistently provided unwavering support to each family member, ensuring they felt loved and encouraged in all their endeavors. He instilled strong family values, teaching the importance of love, respect, and unity, which have been the foundation of our family’s closeness. He served as an exceptional role model, demonstrating qualities like kindness, patience, and compassion that our family admire and strive to emulate. His love and devotion have left an indelible mark on the family, leaving a legacy of closeness and togetherness that will endure for generations. He worked many years as a bus driver in the community.
He is preceded in death by his: grandparents, great grandparents, aunts, uncles, and brother-in-law Pat Crain
Left to cherish is memory are his parents: Maryann Araiza. Manuel Araiza; son: Nicholas (Sarah) Maldonado; daughters: Leah and Cherice Maldonado and his grandchildren: Nicholas, Joseph, Charlie, Jaylen, Kobe, Jared, Vinny. Also surviving Dennis are his brothers: David Araiza, Jerry (Kimberly) Lebeda, Dominic (Kaela) Araiza; sisters: Francine Crain, Camile Araiza as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
A Memorial Mass to celebrate Dennis's life will be held on Saturday, September 16, 2023, at St. Elizabeth Catholic Church, 1370 E 87th St, Naperville,IL at 10:00 A.M., In accordance with Dennis's heartfelt wishes, cremation services were accorded.
In lieu of flowers donations may be make to the American Kidney Fund, you may long onto Kidneyfund.org to make donations in Dennis's memory. Dennis Araiza's legacy of love, kindness, and faith will continue to inspire us. Let us come together to remember and celebrate his remarkable life.
