Debra M. Olha, age 62, entered into eternal life on Friday, September 23, 2016.
Debra is survived by her loving siblings, Georgene (Gary, Sr.) Schaffnit, Donna (Timothy) Moody, Richard (Kathleen), Michael, and Daniel (Bridgette); cherished nieces and nephews, Gary, Jr., Brandy, Eric, David, Sarah, and Kelly; as well as numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
Preceded in death by her parents, Francis G. and Agnes (nee Skuban) Olha.
Debra worked at Silver Cross Hospital for 45 years. She enjoyed trips to Las Vegas, trying her luck at Keno and the slots. Debra cherished her faithful companions, Cosmo, Wanda, and the late Skooter. She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.
A Celebration of Debra’s life will begin on Wednesday, September 28, 2016 with a visitation from 9:00 a.m. until the time of funeral service at 10:00 a.m. in the funeral home chapel, Fr. Pete Jankowski officiating. Interment to follow at Resurrection Cemetery in Romeoville. Visitation will be Tuesday, September 27, 2016 from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435.
