David A. "Pee Wee" Manfred, age 44, at rest on Friday, January 9, 2015.

Dave is survived by his devoted children, Josh, Lukas, Gianna, and Sailer; his loving mother, Sharon (Jack Weaver) Colvin (nee Dwyer); dear brother and sisters, Rick (Devonna) Manfred, Karen (Rob) Manfred, and Bob Manfred; loving nieces and nephews, Craig Kelly, Eric Manfred, and Courtney Floyd; as well as numerous, aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Preceded in death by his brother, Thomas Manfred.

Dave was a member of Local #75 for over 20 years. Dave loved spending time outdoors, fishing, hunting morel mushrooms, and four wheeling. Most of all Dave loved spending time with his children who he adored. He was a devoted father, son, brother, and friend and will be sincerely missed.

Donations, in Dave's name, may be made to be used according to the family's wishes.

Funeral services for Dave will begin on Friday, January 16, 2015 with a visitation from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet, IL 60435. A chapel service will be held at 7:30 p.m., Fr. James Lennon officiating. Per Dave's wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.
