David T. Jandura, age 52, at rest Monday, Memorial Day, May 25th, 2015, surrounded by his loving family. Preceded in death by his parents, Matthew and Pauline Jandura, sister-in-law Sandra Jandura, and great niece Sasha Buzzard. Survived by three brothers Ronald (Mary Ann), Matthew (Diane), Richard (Connie), and one sister, Paulette (Robert) Listner. Loving uncle of Daniel (Kelly) Jandura, Kari (Phil) Page, Rochelle (Paul) Prospero, Michelle (Tim) Grygiel, Nicole (Dino) Corsetti, Collette (Darren) Buzzard, Matthew (Jennifer) Jandura, Jennifer (Sammy) Accardo, Melissa Jandura, Stephanie (Greg) St.Pierre, Erin (John) Haley, Cory (Dawn) Listner, Colin (Jessica) Listner, and Benjamin Listner.

He truly loved sharing family times with his 29 great-nieces and nephews. He was born in Joliet, Ill., graduate of St. Bernard's, and Joliet Catholic High School. David was always helping someone with their project or job, wherever or whatever it entailed. A prolific reader (loved history-WWII). His enjoyment was conversation and debate of politics, religion and conservative values. A firm believer in family and tradition... ..self-proclaimed "Pierogi King".

Funeral Services for David T. Jandura will begin with a visitation on Monday June 8th, 2015 from 8:30 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. at Tezak Funeral Home 1211 Plainfield Rd., Joliet, then driving in procession for a Mass of Christian Burial at 10:30 a.m. at S.S. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery Chapel. Rev. John Hornicak officiating. Interment S.S. Cyril & Methodius Cemetery. Pisut Funeral Services in charge of arrangements.
