Age 64 at rest Tuesday January 15,2008 at Rush Presbyterian St. Lukes Hospital, after a courageous battle with Acute Myeloid Leukemia.

Survived by his beloved wife of thirty six years Nancy (nee Cemeno) Bottino, loving father of Michelle Bottino and Laura (G. T.III) Cozad, dearest grandfather of G.T. Cozad IV. Two sisters Beverly (Robert) Kero and Rosalie Bottino. One sister-in-law Carol(Patrick) Leahy, step sisters-in-law Ann (William) Tortorello, Mary Fran (Leonard) Traficanto, Josephine (Peter) Spoto, Liz (Ami) Youhana and step brother-in-law Steve (late Nancy) Prather. Also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Preceded by twins Bernard and Mary at infancy, parents Barney and Mary (nee Zanzola) Bottino.

Dale was born in Joliet and life long resident. Retired 1998 as a LT. Joliet Fire Department after twenty five years of service, currently employed by City of Joliet, Director of Emergency Management. He was a U.S Army veteran. Tezak"s Home to Celebrate Life

From where prayer services will be held on Saturday at 9:30 AM to Holy Cross Church Joliet For a Mass of Christian Burial to be Celebrated at 10 AM. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday from 2 to 8 PM.
