Charlotte Lynn Benditz

Charlotte Lynn Benditz, a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, peacefully passed away on Thursday, October 12, 2023, in Joliet, Illinois, at the age of 89. She has been reunited with her loving husband, William E. Benditz, and her son, William Benditz Jr., in eternal peace.

Left to cherish her memory are her devoted children, Robert (Monica) Benditz, Constance (Robert) Welz, and Carol (Philip) Rios. Charlotte's legacy lives on through her adoring grandchildren, David, Michael, Amy, Christiane, Robert, Jessica, Ashley, Katherine, Elizabeth, Tiffany, numerous great-grandchildren, and her daughter-in-law, Carolyn Shipman.

A memorial visitation will be held privately where friends and family can pay their respects and share cherished memories.

Per Charlotte’s wishes, cremation rites have been accorded.

In her life, Charlotte brought love, joy, and kindness to all who knew her, leaving a lasting legacy of warmth and love that will forever be treasured in our hearts. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May she rest in eternal peace.
