Charles P. Ambrose

Charles P. Ambrose "Chuck", age 56, entered eternal life on Tuesday, April 14, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.

Chuck is survived by his wife of 37 years, Lauren "Laurie" (nee Leonard); son, Scott Ambrose; daughter, Sarah Hogan (nee Ambrose); son-in-law, Adam Hogan; granddaughter, Margot; mother, Harriet Ambrose (nee Mnichowicz); siblings, Diane (Bruce) Roloff, Nancy Ruff, Kathy (Neil) Willert, John (Mila) Ambrose, and Lisa Ambrose; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

Preceded in death by his daughter, Christine Ambrose; and father, Charles Ambrose.

Chuck was a loving husband, father, grandfather, son, and brother. He was an avid bass fisherman and enjoyed annual fishing trips to Bull Shoals, Arkansas. He was a dedicated White Sox fan, an excellent cook, and a passionate music lover. He will be fondly remembered by his family and friends, as well as his German shepherd, Buddy.

A Celebration of Charles' life will begin on Saturday, April 18, 2015 with a visitation from 9:30 a.m. until the time of funeral service to be held at 11:30 a.m. at Tezak Funeral Home, 1211 Plainfield Rd, Joliet 60435, Father Dennis Paul officiating. Per Charles' wishes cremation rites have been accorded.
